What is HUB?
Charlie recognized that the non-profit model simply was not able to provide the kind of sustainable aid that could put an end to poverty. The flow of money was simply one way. Donors give money to non-profit aid organizations, these non-profits use the money to give aid to those people in desperate need of assistance, the money is used up very quickly, and then the non-profit has to spend valuable time and energy asking donors to give again. The result is donors, non-profits, and the people they are trying to help are stuck in a cycle of scarcity. While Charlie was serving as Executive Director of the Mineseeker Foundation and The Sole of Africa Campaign, cyclones and floods in Mozambique had forced a massive refugee influx into camps that literally did not exist the day before. This sudden massive humanitarian crisis exposed the lack of funding and food supplies that is common in the non-profit model, but it was during this crisis that Charlie had a moment of brilliance that changed his life, and contains the power to change your life, and the world. He realized that to change the current cycle of scarcity to a cycle of abundance would require the development of a for profit company built on three basic principles:

How does it work?
HUB is a network of people that are sharing HUB empowerment training and products as well as the HUB Global Market, and Global Village products with other people. It is built on the principle of Multi Level Marketing (MLM) with a very big difference – It creates a cycle of abundance that can transform the world! (Please see the diagram below)
